Cancellation and Refund Policy - Geni Inventory

Geni Inventory, developed and managed by WeGeni IT Services and Consulting (OPC) Private Limited, is a software solution for stock, warehouse, and purchase management. All subscription payments, add-ons, and services purchased through Geni Inventory are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed.

No Cancellations

All purchases, including inventory modules, subscription plans, and user licenses made through Geni Inventory, are considered final. We do not accept cancellation requests once a payment is successfully completed.

No Refunds

WeGeni does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Early termination of an active subscription
• Partial usage of stock or warehouse features
• Inactivity or unintentional usage
• Technical interruptions caused by internet issues, browser limitations, or third-party integrations (e.g., Razorpay)

We recommend that users carefully review their business requirements and confirm compatibility before subscribing to a Geni Inventory plan.
